Responsibilities

• Translate products functionalities and technical details into user benefits and value
• Develop content to support the sales process of the company’s solutions and drive clarity and consistency of message
• Create materials such as product demos, PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, product brochures, white papers, and videos
• Work with the marketing department and collaborate with product and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging
• Become the focal point and subject matter expert for product marketing content.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure they utilize and gain success stories using the CatchProbe platform.
• Own and deliver Onboarding: Work with multiple client team members and internal team members to successfully onboard and train new customers.
• Support and coach clients on the CatchProbe platform.
• Master the product offering and evaluate end-user needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing
• Ability to translate and script complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills for marketing copy and collateral
• Deep understanding of customer needs and differentiated product positioning
• Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute independently
• Collaborative, all-round player with communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science or Criminal Justice or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment (experience in a high-growth start-up is a plus)
• Experience with OSINT domain
• Results-driven, self-starter, outstanding interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and organized.
